We do not mail tickets. You simply arrive, check in at the B&H General Store, and Shelby will give you your tickets. Online purchases have the option to print tickets at home to avoid waiting in line at the desk.
If you or someone in your party are unable to attend your scheduled performance, we REQUIRE a minimum of 24-hour advance cancellation notice. With this notice, we will be happy to issue you an account credit that is valid at MDT for 6 months from the issue date.
You may call us and purchase over the phone, and they will be mailed to you or your gift recipient. You may also purchase them at the theatre.
The regular seat prices DO NOT include gratuity, and we always appreciate this question for our hard working staff.

*Do you have a group of 25 or more and can’t find a date on our calendar that works for you? We will open a date for any group that can guarantee 25 or more people. Just let us know at least one month in advance of the date you would like. Please call the Box Office and we will assist with setting up your Group Event!
***Myers Dinner Theatre has a no refund policy; however, if you find the date you picked won't work out, please contact the Box Office and we will happily exchange your seats to a different date.
