Frequently Asked Questions - Ticketing

Can you hold a reservation?

 No.  All reservations are only confirmed with full payment. Group bookings are handled with a non-refundable deposit and balance due date. Contact group sales for details. 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Personal Check.

Do you mail the tickets?

We do not mail tickets.  You simply arrive, check in at the B&H General Store, and Shelby will give you your tickets.  Online purchases have the option to print tickets at home to avoid waiting in line at the desk.

What if we forgot our date and miss the show?

 If you or someone in your party are unable to attend your scheduled performance, we REQUIRE a minimum of 24-hour advance cancellation notice. With this notice, we will be happy to issue you an account credit that is valid at MDT for 6 months from the issue date.

How can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

You may call us and purchase over the phone, and they will be mailed to you or your gift recipient. You may also purchase them at the theatre. 

Is gratuity included?

The regular seat prices DO NOT include gratuity, and we always appreciate this question for our hard working staff.
